As we all know, the current tariffs in place are starting to trickle down and affect the cost of certain items coming into the U.S from various countries. Most noticeable are those from Asian markets.

While most companies are absorbing the cost of the new tariffs without passing it down to the consumer, Nikon has opted to increase their pricing in order to compensate for the additional cost of bringing in goods to the United States.

This is Nikons statement regarding the matter.

Due to the recent tariffs, a necessary price adjustment for products will take effect on June 23, 2025. We will be carefully monitoring any tariff developments and may adjust pricing as necessary to reflect the evolving market conditions. We wish to thank our customers for their understanding and know that we are taking every possible step to minimize the impact on our community.
