You are correct! This is the USAF SR-71. I captured this image, around 1986, when I was stationed in Okinawa Japan. This aircraft was assigned to the 9th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing, and was returning from a mission when I took this shot. I took this with an FE-2, MD-12, and a Nikkor 85 f/2.0. This was my first published image. Thanks for looking!
