From the EXIF data (you can click on an image and obtain this), it was 200mm which is my 70-200mm f2.8 VR lens on a D300, at ISO 200, f11, and 1/200 sec, handheld, using studio strobes and Pocket Wizard wireless triggers. Key light (Softbox) to the left of subject, and fill to the right set at lower power.

Just saw this again and decided to feature it. Wow!

Thanks guys, she is fantastic, and a pretty good photographer in her own right :-)
