I do see the rainbow. However, the picture is way over-expossed and needs a little "level" work. I wish I was there myself to make a photo myself. Good photo.

Pretty as pretty can be! I like the yellow flower in the foreground. It defines the photo and gives it weight.

There is a street on Portland where the homeless hang out. For some reason, This girl and a few others were exchanging cigarettes. I think they use they place some sort of monetary value on them and use them for currency in their private society.
