I should note that on this and the other "dreamy" flower images shot with Nikkor lenses all also used extension rings in addition to the wide open large aperture lenses cited. The non-Nikkor flowers are using Kowa f/1.1 lenses, either 55 or 77mm focal length, without rings. Not sure what the Kowa lenses are actually intended for, but whatever the use may have been it's not this!
Well, ehmmm, thanks a lot!!! I always try to find a good model first of all; without the right model, you can do nothing, i always agreed on the famous Helmut Newton's statement that the subject makes 90% of the picture..then I just let myself get lost in unbounded admiration :))
Thank you so much for your comment. I am glad I tried as it was raining quite heavily, handling camera and umbrella was tricky, and had to try not to get in the way of commuters.

Thank you. I wonder how this shot would look with ZF 18 ! I have seen photos of yours, and they are beautiful. I also noticed that you use ZF18 with great results. It shows that with right hands, all tools shine !

Thank you very much for your comment.
The bridge is a highway structure that runs parallel to the river, and I was on a newly built pier that goes out perpendicular to the highway.

Was this with the 100 or 35? I noticed it coming up in the quick search of 100mm but it has a 35mm assigned to it. Just curious. I am getting paranoid about my code :)
