I agree and disagree. The way it's framed makes it look like a summer day scene of just rest and relaxation. Its hard for me to describe it in words. But I get a nostalgic feeling when I see this. I guess it brings the men into focus while maintaining a relevant surrounding to set the scene. I like it.

I agree with your point that it seems out of place and indeed, it is unusual for this part of the world with high-risers like this.
As a matter of fact, this building is not yet fully completed, they are still doing some work around it, there is some construction going on on the right side of the pic, (at groundlevel, outside the frame), even if the main structure is more or less finish (I guess).
That's how new this building is.

I have been considering the Plena. Everyone who owns one loves it. This picture shows just what beautiful rendering it brings to the table and sharpness/contrast. I think I am sold ! Thanks for psting.
