Thanks Niki. I don't know what the Kowa 55/1.1 lens was really intended for, but obviously it wasn't conventionally sharp pictures with a Nikon DSLR. Maybe it was made just for this sort of fun. Other photos of mine without a designated lens were also taken with this Kowa optic. Larry
