Thank you for your comment,Lance! I would just like to add some of the merits of this famous rescue-boat: She had saved 67 ships, 236 people as well as assisting 1522 vessels carrying some 4500 crew, during her 40 years of service from 1893 until 1933.

Correct, Jorge. This is an HDR with 5 exposures and with 0,7EV in between exposures. Was out testing my new 24-70mm today. Became rather late in the afternoon, almost sunset. Thank you, Jorge! :o)

Hi Walter! I'm using Tokina 16-28mm f2.8 . One of the best lenses to take aurora pictures with. But against sharp lights it gives an awful flare.

Thank you, Yuri! It was a very special day. During the night i was -10º C below zero, and in the morning, the mist and fog from the river, froze on the cobbled road, leaving av thin sheet of ice on the surface. This man was using all his agility skills to avoid falling down, coming down the hill in an ever increasing speed ...! :o)
